Danielle Clark

Danielle leads our Corporate Marketing team, driving high-touch internal and external communications and creative strategies focused on employee engagement, executive positioning, and corporate and brand messaging that differentiates RPM Living and its operational support specialties in the marketplace. A former magazine editor, Danielle shifted into the multifamily space in 2010 and has spent the past 13 years unpacking the property management approach to public relations and corporate communications, shaping it with a storytelling lens that focuses on the how, when and why to build brand equity, support successful change management, and generate engagement and understanding across a variety of audiences. Prior to joining RPM, Danielle developed and led the PR/communications approach at Alliance Residential Company and helped to build an internal marketing communications and creative function within Greystar’s property management division. She earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Arizona State University.

Jaynee Samnik

With over 30 years in the multifamily industry, Jaynee’s experience ranges from operations, training and development, revenue management, software systems, and ancillary services. With a rich background in groundbreaking implementations that blend technology and operational efficiencies.  Jaynee is responsible for building and oversight of centralized services by unifying operational efficiencies, system automation, and cohesive workflows among operations and cross-departments. Prior to joining RPM, Jaynee held leadership positions at Archstone Communities for over 20 years and, most recently, Cottonwood Residential.

Kristen Grubb

Kristen is an experienced accounting and finance professional who is passionate about creating meaningful organizational process changes and improvements through collaboration with cross-functional teams. As VP of Accounting Shared Services, Kristen is responsible for building a platform to centralize transactional activities that generate process efficiencies, automation opportunities and support RPM’s future growth. She has experience in senior accounting, FP&A, operations and shared services leadership roles for public and private global companies. Kristen graduated from Manhattan College with a degree in Accounting and holds a Master’s in Business Administration, along with Project Management Professional (PMP) designation and Lean Six Sigma certification.

Tim Banks

Tim is responsible for the management of procurement and ancillary services for RPM. He and his team focus on strategic sourcing, innovation planning, risk management, corporate governance, sustainability, and operational excellence, and creating and managing the next generation of supply programs to improve organizational resiliency, agility, and growth prospects. He has an extensive background in procurement and supply chain management with 30+ years’ experience leading procurement organizations at large global enterprises. Prior to joining RPM, Tim held leadership roles at multiple real estate and property management firms including ServiceMaster, SP+, ABM Industries, Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE. Tim has a bachelor’s from Western Illinois University and holds a CPSM® designation from the Institute for Supply Management.

Steve Randle

Steve is an accomplished technology leader who continually confronts and solves challenging IT and business problems. His global experience delivering technology solutions spans 30+ years across multiple industries, allowing for a unique technology perspective. Steve’s entrepreneurial spirit and drive for innovation, along with a strong business and engineering acumen, focuses on delivering business solutions that provide customers high performance, adaptability, scalability, and sustainability. Steve is a highly principled relationship builder and team leader who positions organizations for the next stage of growth through collaboration and trust, enhancing individual growth and instilling a culture of success.

Doug Johnson

As Vice President of Client Services, Doug oversees business development in the Southeast Region. He has experience in a range of areas including revenue optimization, strategic planning and implementation, and customer satisfaction. Prior to joining RPM, Doug served as Senior Director leading a team of 10 business development managers across the U.S. Doug enjoys building new relationships and creating successful partnerships that provide value to his clients. He is a graduate of The University of Georgia and a long-time Atlanta resident.

Cerwin Thompson

Cerwin joined RPM in 2018 as a Regional Facilities Manager with over 24 years’ experience in the multifamily industry in both conventional and student housing. He has a strong passion for our Service teams and diverse experience working with a wide variety of Class A-D assets including garden-style, midrise, high-rise, new construction, and lease-up communities. During his time in student housing, Cerwin oversaw approximately 5,000 beds across 14 buildings on the facilities side in the Austin area. Prior to joining RPM, Cerwin held positions at JPI, Greystar, and American Campus Communities. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Eckerd College.

Dixie Anderson

As Vice President of Software Support, Dixie oversees the optimization, management, and support of all RPM property management platforms. She has both domestic and international experience in a diverse range of industries including industrial, commercial, retail, corporate, and multi-family real estate. Over the course of her career, Dixie has managed more than 75 property management system implementations and consulted for clients like Republic Industries and Charles Schwab. Prior to joining RPM in 2017, Dixie served in leadership roles at BNY Mellon and Related. She enjoys mentoring new graduates and has established academic scholarships to support community service and healthcare innovation. Dixie is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a degree in Accounting and minor in Computer Science.

Kim Polly

Over her 17-year career, Kim has extensive experience leading and building teams, implementing change management, and assisting with Property Accounting projects. Since joining RPM, Kim has successfully recruited and led the Phoenix Accounting team, onboarded a 30+ asset portfolio, and participated in many new department initiatives. As VP of Property of Accounting, Kim has oversight across the national property accounting team, taking a leading role in department initiatives including cross collaboration with other directors and departments. She is also responsible for the training and recruiting strategy across the greater property accounting team.

Danica Weston

Danica has spent the last five years with Alliance Residential Company in a variety of responsible roles, serving as HRIS Project Coordinator, Human Capital Project Manager, Senior Payroll Payroll Manager, and most recently, as the Director of Payroll and People Systems. There, she was instrumental in the implementation of their new UKG System and many its components. Prior to her time with Alliance, Danica was with Blackhawk Network as a Program and Technical Account Manager and with Arizona State University as a Program Coordinator. She holds a B. S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.
