Josh manages all aspects of the growing portfolio, overseeing acquisitions, dispositions, debt financing, asset management, and partnership accounting while aggressively searching for new target assets to expand RPM’s geographical reach. Prior to RPM Living Investments, he took numerous assets full-cycle at F&B Capital, which he joined in 2013 after spending five years practicing real estate law in Phoenix. Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Brett Finkelstein

Spearheading the development group, Brett is responsible for leading the firm's overall direction and investment vision. Over his career, Brett has acquired and developed over 20,000 apartment units with a combined value exceeding $3B. Prior to forming RPM Living Investments, Mr. Finkelstein served as CEO of CF Real Estate Services, which he formed in 2004 alongside Byron Cocke and grew into a nationally recognized, vertically integrated multi-family platform. In 2019, Brett earned the distinguished Glassdoor Employees' Choice Award, which recognizes the top CEOs nationwide. Brett graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia.

Hanford "Hank" Farrell, III

Leading the acquisition and investor relations teams, Hank is responsible for guiding the overall direction of the firm. He also serves as a principal to RPM Living, a full-service management company. Prior to forming RPM Living Investments, Hank co-founded and served as CEO of F&B Capital for 11 years where he acted as General Partner in over 60 real estate projects valued in excess of $3B. His relationships with over a dozen institutional capital partners and family offices allowed the firm to scale to become one of the top operators in the Southwest. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
