The 3-Ingredient Dinner You’ll End Up Making Every Week

This is the kind of dinner that looks like you tried.
(You didn’t.)

What you need
– Gnocchi (shelf-stable or refrigerated)
– Cherry tomatoes
– Burrata

Step 1 – Roast the tomatoes
Toss tomatoes with olive oil + salt.
Bake at 425 for about 15–20 minutes until they start to burst.

Step 2 – Crisp the gnocchi
While that’s happening, pan-fry the gnocchi in a little olive oil.
Let it get golden and slightly crispy on the outside.

(This is the trick. Don’t boil it. Trust.)

Step 3 – Bring it together
Plate the gnocchi, spoon over the roasted tomatoes, and tear burrata on top.

That’s it.

It looks fancy. It tastes really good. And it took… maybe 20 minutes.

Optional (but worth it): – Red pepper flakes – Balsamic glaze – Fresh basil

Apartment cooking works best when it feels easy but still a little fun.
