Summer Club is RPM Living's summer campaign, all about creating lasting memories and amazing opportunities! Think fun summer events happening at your community, plus the chance to win incredible prizes, like FREE rent for a year. It's the perfect time to get involved, enjoy exciting activities, and connect with your neighbors.

It's super easy! All you have to do is be a current resident or sign a new lease at a participating RPM Living property. Once you've done that, just fill out the form on this page to be entered into the drawing and review the full sweepstakes terms and conditions here.

Summer Club happens from July 16, 2025 to September 16, 2025. Make sure to check your community's event calendar for specific dates and times for local activities!

While events will vary by property, you can expect a variety of fun activities! These might include things like pool parties, BBQ cookouts, movie nights, sports tournaments, and more. Keep an eye on your community's communication channels (like newsletters or social media) for a detailed schedule of events happening near you.

Summer Club events are open to all residents of participating RPM Living properties. To be eligible for the free rent drawing, you must be a resident who renews or signs a new lease at a participating RPM Living property during the Summer Club campaign period.
