1 cup coconut milk or heavy cream
1 tsp cinnamon
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Roast the diced butternut squash at 400°F for 25-30 minutes until tender.

Add the roasted squash, broth, cinnamon, salt, and pepper to the pot.
